Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, a service provider is an entity that processes personal information on behalf of a business. Businesses that receive a verifiable request from a consumer to delete personal information must also direct any service providers to delete the data from their records.

The Clarip platform can send automated email notifications to the service providers. The notification will include necessary data subject information to complete deletion on the service provider’s end.
Third party API calls from the backend. Third party existing API is called by the Clarip Platform from the backend. Data subject information is sent to the third party service providers via the API.
